Monkish's IPA naming is on point. I've started to anxiously await the inevitable announcements just to see which artist/song the name references.

 

How long did Run the Pigeons last? Can't quite make it at 12 but can drop by a bit later (3ish?)

For those who have tried the new IPA cans, how do they compare to the juice from Tree House?

 

IMO...not as juicy/citrusy. But the 1T1 is better than RtM.

 

It should be $4$. If not, then forget it.

 

Without this veering too much into trade talk, anecdotally, what does it take to get Tree House?

 

Sours or stouts. I feel like the sours don't have to be super rare, more so for the stouts. There's also people that'll trade for Pliny. Luckily my Grandma lives in Monson so I swing by when I go visit twice a year.

 

Once Monkish cranks out more volume hopefully the west coast demand for Tree House goes down, or at least the trade value.

 

My grandma lives in Maine, and I tried to get down to Tree House back in November, but after a full day in Vermont (HF, Prohibition Pig, driving all over Montpelier for HT and Lawson's), my girlfriend vetoed additional beer runs for that trip. It'll definitely be on the agenda for this fall.
