Still on for fills as of ~3PM Sunday. They said they would basically fill anything 2L or smaller.

 

Bought a growler last night. Really tasty beer. My wife even had a glass and she isn't the biggest IPA fan.

 

I just wasted 2 minutes reading this page.

 

I really hope they still have fills.
Let's say I crack open the growler for a small taste, how long do you guys think it will keep?

 

2 days, if that imo.

 

Agreed, I opened one Saturday that I didn't finish, and by Sunday night it was already not as good.

 

Damn.

 

I killed a growler myself Saturday, hoping they are still doing fills of it this week.

 

I was going to stop by today, but looks like I won't make it till tomorrow. It'll be the first time I ever tried any thing close to an NE IPA. It's never caught my attention and with so much good stuff out here, its never been a priority. I doubt any NE IPA would be superior to what someone out there would want to trade in return. Maybe it is, but unless they want a Ruinten or something like that, I'm not trading any quality west coast stuff.

 

Just got my growler. Only a few ppl their. It is a tuesday of course. And just Wow. This is damn good. I thought the last 2 can runs were good but not great. This however is one of thier better ones. Its up their with Foggy and one of my faves Run the Pigeon.

 

Looks like they're doing another can release this weekend. Never been since, like most of you, I don't like the idea of waiting in line for hours for beer. I'm still kind of tempted.

When I'm in my death bed I'd be happy knowing I never did the following:
Waited in line for more than 1 hour for beer, Went shopping on Black Friday, and watched the Titanic movie.

Oh and murdered anyone...I'm still debating that last one.

 

I went down there last night. Got another growler of Can Shipment Delay. Days of Underoos blew 2 people in front of me.
And that Soul Foudre gets better, the more you drink. There was a huge pallet of bottles, so hopefully a bottle release soon.

 

You should go, BT verticals are the main reason everyone goes.

As a minor followup. I drank my last can of Supa Dupa Fly last night. It had developed a really amazing mellon flavor and maintained it's hoppyness over the past couple weeks. However as of yesterday the hops totally fell off, and the beer is a shell of it's former self.

IMO of course.

 

I agree, but thought it started tasting different a few weeks back - still a great beer.

 

At monkish right now drinking this can shipment delay...not impressed. I wouldn't have waited in line for it. Maybe I just have a shit pallet. This gets blown away by anything HPB has put out. It's okay, but not worthy of any kind of hype. I love IPA's, but I guess not these juicy NE styles.

I passed on it because of 'rustic saison'. Is it Tart?
