All great points. I know little of the beer business but it seems that even if the haze demand continues for the long term the near monopoly Monkish currently enjoys on canning it will not. Once the market has more entrants, demand will be spread over more breweries. And once the first mover advantage diminishes, owning all that additional equipment could be a big liability unless they are willing to stake their entire business on hazy IPAs.

Hoping that it lasts till the weekend! Missing out on Really Real coupled with the delay on HPB cans, I'm seriously low on IPAs! Haha...literally have one can.

Personally, I liked it better than Really Real on tap. Really loving these growler fills!

Missed out on a growler fill last night as I showed up and five minutes later while waiting in line the kegs for the day blew. Not fun. But did have a sip of it and it was tasting fantastic. On par with Foggy Window.

Sounds like they're spacing out the kegs on this one so it can last till the weekend?

If they don't sell out in one day, they will in two... or a week. The law of diminishing returns suggests there would be a ceiling to profits if they produced more, but they are FAR from that ceiling right now.

Interesting -- I got my growler filled at 815 last night. I guess I should show up early in the next day or two.

I'll be in LA on Friday, what's the consensus on if this may still be available for growler fills Friday afternoon?

I think they posted on IG that it should last the week hopefully.

I'm sure this info is buried in this thread several times, but I'm gonna be that guy that's too lazy to sort through all the pages. Monkish growler policy? Their own, or are covered ones fine?

You can bring a blank or covered growler, but they charge an extra $1, which can be seen as a Sustainability Tax.

I think blanks are fine. Just the non covered are the $1 extra or so charge. $18 is for a normal fill.

Hmm, I ask specifically about a blank swingtop. I also know that someone said the fee was $2 in May so maybe they're constantly revising their policy.
