Monkish to open in Echo Park

Green Cheek westies are kinda thin, even the double IPAs. Plenty of flavor and aroma but body like a pils.

 

Agreed. I used to LOVE THEIR westies for being so light but then they got TOO LIGHT (and thin) for my taste. This was years ago now, so not sure if it's any different now.

 

my favorite series from Monks. I forgot this series comes in at 8.1.

 

In other expansion news, it looks like Common Space is opening a new location in Highland Park (on York where a place called Block Party used to be).
I've been to their Hawthorne location a few times and there always seem to be a lot of local sports team fans there (Rams Lakers etc), so I'd assume that they're hoping the HP location will be a jumping off point for folks going to Dodgers/Lakers/Kings games. Even though it's not really all that close to Crypto...

 

Been a couple of times going to the Forum for concerts. I had a taste of their Yakima Fresh on tap at my BnB in HB. It tasted a bit watered down for a fresh hop.
