What does anyone know about these guys?
We are getting cans in Salem and i am drinking the Shepplekofeggan..right now and my interest is piqued.
Do they have a taproom? From what i see they are out on the northern outskirts of Bend.
This is a nice wit..no way can i pronounce the name though!

They have a little taproom out near Crux's production facility.

Visited the taproom a few weeks ago when we were in town. They had some really nice stuff on tap. I only have a few qualms with their beers, mostly that they are all undercarbonated for Belgian ales. You have to use the bathroom when you are there... just trust me...

    Ok that sound ominous!
The beer i had in the cans was pretty well carbonated.

The packaged stuff seems to have better carbonation. Not sure if they can condition, maybe just for the last couple vols CO2? I believe they do with their specialty bottles. It is hard to keep proper vols on draft tho.

Having had a few of their beers now i can absolutly say that this small brewery will become a big part of Oregon beer culture. They do Belgian styles better than anyone in Oregon..really good beers.
I was sitting in Victory Club in Salem just a hour ago..and 4 people asked for Capitulation which was up on the board..but sold out.
If this company ever offers shares get some.great people good beer
