Going to be in Montreal next weekend. Anyone interested in a bottle share for Montréal beer week? I'm from California, so I plan to bring some DIPAs, a couple of Bruery beers, etc. I'm hoping to taste some excellent Canadian beers we don't get in Cali.

Evening works best. If you're interested please reply or BM me.

I'm interested for sure but can't host. Keep me posted, can bring a few gems

Excellent! The doctor is in (pun intended) as well.
Not sure what the rules are in Montreal, but are there venues that would allow us to host a bottle share there? Unfortunately the hotel room I'm in is a bit small...

You can legally have some wine or beer in parks as long as you have a full meal, but I'm guessing a bottle share would be pushing the limit...

Wondering if there is a beer bar or other location that wouldn't mind hosting us. In Cali if u are friendly with the owners give them a pour and buy their products (beer, sometimes food), they are usually happy to host. Was thinking this might be an option since there are a lot of byo friendly places in Montreal.

It might be possible at a restaurant where you can reserve a private room. I'll see what I can find. If anybody local has BYOB suggestions, post them here.

I don't think I'll make it :slight_frown: but as far as I know Casa Greque lets groups Byob.

Not bad and not too far from hotel. I will also be stopping by benelux and maybe pub brewsky before the weekend to see if they have any interest to host as well.

I tried Brouehaha and it was a no go. Casa Grecque is a good suggestion, they often have private rooms. Keep me posted :grinning:

What night works best for everyone? We can be pretty flexible.

All nights are pretty much equal to me. I imagine a resto would like us better on a Sunday, though.

Thanks for mentioning that. I had no idea that place existed (or has for a few months to a year). Gonna have to check it out.

Sunday late afternoon to evening works great for us too. I'll check with both of those places by Friday and get back with the both of you.

If both places say no, I'd be perfectly happy to hit casa grecque. Do either of you anticipate inviting anyone else? Wouldn't hurt to give these places the number of people, maybe they can reserve us a table too.

I have a rooftop patio at my place, near a subway station. Would be willing to do it if you feel like it. Any dates that would work for you?

Hi, saturday would not be possible for me, but sunday 8 would work for me late afternoon/evening. Let's see how's the temperature and advise? The living room is also of a decent size, can accomodate 8-10 I'd say
