Moonraker Brewing Thread

It was released on 11/23. So it was most likely canned from 11/19 to 11/21.

I already tossed the cans I had.

 

How was it? I was trying to score some cans but wound up dry. I'm on a nelson kick currently so I'm rather bummed.

 

Just popped open a can of Hermit that was canned on 11/5/18. Jesus Christ what happened? Beer tastes like bread. Minimal hop flavor. Even the hop on the nose is minimal. Is it just a bad can or has anyone else experienced this? This isn’t the Hermit I’m used to.

 

It was solid. I only had a 2oz sample though. Pretty decent word of mouth reviews locally and also on untappd.

I liked the Moonwerks beer better overall, so I went with that one for take home cans.

 

Yea the latest hermit was WAY off not a good brew. Part of the inconsistency I was referring to earlier here. But all the nelsons Is very very good, I liked it better than moonwerks

 

oh snap!! i hope that guy trickles down this way!!

 

Really want to try to score this as well. Local place hasn't been getting nearly as much Moonraker as it used to.

 

Saw Hollow Bones at several more places in Placer County yesterday. Also several IPAs from last weeks releases are now in distro at local bottle shops.
