Anybody have details on either of these? Also hoping for some limits so releases last at least a few hours, preferably more than 1 day. Cheers

The issue with the yojo release was that there was only one beer released (and it was the flagship beer). On both of the Diablo and Betty days there looks to be 2 or 3 releases which should make things last a little longer assuming there are the same number of cans for each one. Low Viz (NE triple) is really good so I am looking forward to trying Atomic Betty as well. I am also hoping for a cool can design.

Electric lettuce and Mosaic Crush the same day? Gotta find a way to Auburn the 11th...

Much needed website update from Moonraker. Looking at the taplist though on the new site on my phone. Yikes! You can see that font from outer space.

Small expansion for Moonraker. They added another 30 BBL fermenter.

Double Can Release on Friday at Noon. After the YOJO release, they are back to having LIMITS on allocations.

Dojo is 170 cases. Limit of FOUR 4-packs per person
Yojo 33 1/3 is 70 cases. Limit of TWO 4-packs per person

I'll be driving through Auburn tomorrow. Does anyone know anything about how Moonraker's can release went today?

Or anything about the beer? I can't find any information on Boruca Diablo at all.

Was thinking of setting some meetings in Roseville then hitting Moonraker Friday to get the release, but the limits are pretty low. Not sure it's worth the effort from SF, even though Electric Lettuce and Mosaic Crush are two of my favs.

You can always drink at Final Gravity and Old Town Pizza while in Roseville. It will ease any potential disappointment from missing cans. . .

If only I didn't have to drive back to SF :-D

How early would you Sac alcoholics (term of endearment) recommend I get there? I'd imagine this will be a big time release with their highest rated beer on the docket...

Regardless if you miss cans or not, looks like a stellar tap list at the moment. If you miss cans, you can always get growler fills.

Last time I was in town was for the previous electric lettuce release. Chatted up the owner and he mentioned it was their highest rated beer. I assumed he meant untapped, but didn't do any research to make sure he wasn't lying to me lol

Yes, I think the owner meant the highest rated beer on untapped. Electric Lettuce is at 4.41 with 1176 ratings.

Be there around Noon for this release. Lots of hype building on the 2 local Sacramento facebook groups (SBE and SBG).

It will be on tap, but very unlikely for growler fills. They have really cut back on the amount of beers for fills. Possibly just not enough production will all the canning runs now.

Limit is THREE 4packs per person. So that will help. Many complaints about the "no limits" a few weeks ago.

Got a buddy going by late tomorrow night. Crossing my fingers there's still cans for him so I get to try this one.

If he wants cans, he will most likely have to go between noon to 5pm.

I think these guys get the award for worst label art. Luckily it's what's inside that really matters. They're like the anti-Bruery.

I'd say Other Half is the lamest. But your second point is valid -who really gives a fuck about label art when the beer inside is delicious lol

I made the trek up from SF for the release today, just booked an appointment in Roseville in the morning :-) Got there about 11:40 and had my cans by 12:40. Not bad at all. Waiting for these bad boys to get cold (at least the ones my friends didn't guilt me into trading lol)!
