I wasn't trying to get either of these, so I'm not that upset about it, but their Facebook says "limits 3pp for first 100 people, 2pp after" for Strawberry Marbles, and "Limit one crowler per person" on the Frooted Marbles.

So they didn't follow their own limits? Kinda shitty for the people in line

I wasn’t trying to get it either, but swung in for a pour since I was in the area. Hope this doesn’t sound like hating, but it amazes me how many people there purchased absurd amounts of beer and didn’t seem to have any clue about what the were purchasing.

first friday MORE release ive been able to make, showed up around 11:40 thinking I would be in-and-out. wrong, so damn wrong. i got my beers and was out the door by 12:10, it wasnt so bad other then the fact I spent $60 on 2 4-packs of marbles and 1 4-pack of space boots. i didnt even bother going to the bar as it was flooded with dudes getting crowlers.

i swear to god i saw multiple people with at least 4 4-packs, and multiple crowlers. they easily could have been other crowler'd beers though. a ton of guys with their wives/girlfriends walking out with an entire case of marbles. i dont understand why youd need that much shake, even my 2 4-packs seems like a lot.

line moved somewhat quick and staff was incredibly friendly. shauns departure hasnt affected MORE's hype much from what i can tell.

You should be most happy about that DDH Double Space Boots. Possibly my favorite DIPA of theirs. I picked up two 4-packs last Friday and they were fantastic (drank them all by yesterday). Any thoughts/ideas on how much of that is left?

Left More at about 7:45 tonight and a good amount of Space Boots 4 packs left. Probably 25-30 4 packs. Didn’t see a ton moving from behind the bar.

Just got back from MoRE. About 40 4-packs left behind the bar.

I’m happy the hype on their IPAs is dying.

I had lunch their today and 4 packs of the DDH Space Boots was still available. Strawberry Marbles and Frooted Marbles still on draft, both were excellent. Food was great as always. I don’t think this place has lost a step after Shaun’s departure. If anything lines are much shorter now haha. With the quality of food and beer, I haven't found a better all around taproom. Just wished I was able to grab a 4 pack of the Strawberry Marbles.

Agreed 1000%. I don't know Shaun and I am sure there is very little correlation, but this was my best More visit today for a dinner/beers on the way back to work. I have never seen the tap list this great/diverse and I have been here plenty. For the first time I remember, I actually had to pick and choose beers because there were so many on tap. Space Boots, Loose Candies and Secret Cosmos were all great, with Space Boots basically being everything I could ask for in this style of beer. They had a witbier, pilsner, porter and the weird stuff that really shouldn't be considered beer  Burger was perfect and restaurant quality which is the best compliment I can give to brewery food.

I don't do lines so if the hype truly has died down, I am a happy camper. Being able to stroll in and pick up a 4-pack of Space Boots is pretty cool. Between this and Pollyanna, I don't think i need any more breweries in the area (even though there are like five others).

People see lines and assume they should be getting something too.

It sucks, but it's all in good fun. Can't blame them for getting excited.

Turns out knowing the recipes and procedures of already made great beer, makes it pretty straight forward to recreate. Had a lot of people here saying it would be impossible to make the same beer as Shaun... even though they know exactly what he put it it, when he put it in, and when he took it out.

Strawberry Marbles is excellent. Thick mouthfeel, with a beautiful natural strawberry flavor that lingers all the way through. It stinks of strawbery puree. The vanilla flavor is present, which I love. It is also really hoppy on the backend and not overly sweet by any means. Extremely balanced. I'm on my second glass, waiting for this maple vanilla to warm up.

The arketype is really good. Thick and creamy. Tons of chocolate and maple flavor. It got kind of salty/savory as it warmed up. I liked it more cold.
