It caught my attention that Mehndi is not considered a Henna Beer in the way that Karma is (or I am reading into GABF signs too much). They said Karma would be bottled soon too. Perhaps we get another multi-day release like they did in May?

 

'cuz it would be too hard for More to release multiple bottles in a single day?

 

By the time I got into the GABF session last night all 3 stouts were gone. People who got in early said it was a 7 minute line from the jump.

 

I had Mehndi. Very Barrel forward. Lots of licorice. It is super good.

 

Yeah you’re right that they could. But I think it makes much better business sense to not do a double release (just focusing on head count/food orders)

Anyone had a good blueberry IPA yet? I know the fish series one from Pipeworks is solid.

 

i was a big fan of sweetwater blue coming into the craft beer game. i love blueberry, my wife is a huge fan as well. will probably try this one on draft as I won't be making a can release tomorrow.

 

Sea Dog has a good blueberry IPA. First had it up in Maine, but see it around locally.

 

This was one of my first craft beers like 12 years ago before I got into the nitty gritty

Can you please walk the line and record what everyone is planning on trading it for? Maybe in google sheets? I’m so curious!

There’s just so much good beer right now - the embarrassment of riches has me regularly asking “which of these 5 amazing releases this week can I let myself get?” I don’t begrudge people standing in line - if this is their jam, good for them. The only reasons that make sense to me are “most favorite beer ever” or “tradesies!”

 

People are lining up for a blueberry IPA? Or did I miss something? (serious question)

 

I didn’t expect this big of a turn out. Everyone is going crazy for these milkshake IPAs.

 

It’s a milkshake, not a standard fruited ipa. All the cool kids are doing it

 

Thankfully I barely tolerate strawberries and can't stand blue-, black- and raspberries or my wallet would be completely empty.

 

Well guess leaving work at noon did me no good

 

so what's the verdict on the bb milkshake
