Got my email a few minutes ago.

 

They just gave up on the Benthic Pre-sale.

 

No dice for me...oh well

 

At least there will be another round of emails from those who don't purchase by noon tomorrow.

 

I got an email! Woo hoo!!

 

"We will have a limited supply of Mehndi 2018 bottles available on Saturday 11/24 and Sunday 11/25 for on-site consumption. It will be a first come first serve basis, while it lasts. Lottery winners are NOT guaranteed an on-site bottle"

At least everyone has a chance to go on site 11/24 or 11/25 to attempt to have a bottle on site, regardless if you got an email today or not. So then.....can you call this a lottery winning even though you can go purchase and consume on site? Hmmm...

 

If someone doesn't want their bottle won by lottery and wants my spot in line on 11/25 to get one on site, I'm willing to make that trade.

 

I can do this as well after op is taken care of

 

Who did the emails come from? Honestly I dont even know if my entry went in as I registered as soon as it went up and then later saw people were complaining that it went down.

 

That didn't matter. I can confirm that.

Ha! I won and didn't even notice! My inbox wasn't updating for some reason. Literally the first beer lottery I ever won!

 

Stopped in at More for a bit around 3 -- Shaun said they had >10x more entries than actual bottles for the raffle.

 

This is picking nits but a lottery would probably be better off with having the credit card entered at the time (assuming that fits legal constraints). This lottery was VERY mule friendly in its set up. It will be an interesting crowd going to bottle pickups

 

Well hot damn. I got an email. First time ever getting picked for one of these things for any brewery. Today was a good day for beer, but not my wallet.

 

Any cans of double space boots left there today?

 

I was there last night and they didn’t have any up by the bar. Didn’t check the kiosk toward the front though.

 

I didn't check. My tastes run darker this time of year!

 

Hopefully most of the grandparents who were coaxed into entering the raffle were uncomfortable with entering their cc info onto the intertubez and more of us nerdz will get emails today!
