The photos will be much more impressive with people saturating the downtown area around the brewery versus mobbing up a Woodfield Mall parking lot.

I am curious how many people will be present in line at opening. If Shaun's last Ram-Schaumberg Side Note release is any indication (Meh-he-coco, 2 per person allotment), then a crowd of 500+ should be there at 11:00A.M. as the doors open. I plan on going for the release, but just unsure of when to arrive yet.

 

I'd say between 8-9 am should be safe.

At RAM releases, were people able to bypass the line at opening to get a table inside? I'd think this would make sense..

 

That would be a good idea if people just wanted to go inside for drinks (Henna included) and weren't interested in bottles.

 

Fuck I want to go but I have a long day planned ahead of me. The question is how much I value my Sunday...

 

I'm going to optimistically hope that since no one has been able to flip any More stouts for vintage Bourbon County bombers yet the line won't be that bad.

So I'll be there around 7.

 

People on facebook who spoke with more employees are stating the allotment pp will start at 2. Seems fair. All of Shawns side note releases were 2 PP, and you have to think this Henna batch was done on a larger scale.

 

Or it was done on a smaller scale because it's the first time brewing a stout on that system? I think guessing on batch size is just that... a guess. The rumor I've heard is the plan is 2 pp but if a ton of people show up they may go down to 1 pp so everyone gets some. Which makes sense on why the limit has not been announced.

 

While you guys are rock hard over a stout you've never had can anyone confirm for me that there are only 2 beers on tap right now? I wanted to swing by tomorrow but if that's the case I'll wait.

I'm rock-hard for it but doubt I'd want to leave my house at 530 so I could get early enough in line to get the full allotment. I've kind of been turned off of huge waits lately :/

I was intrigued when I saw the Henna release posted, but I won't be in town this weekend. I also don't think I'd be there since I'm not as crazy for his stuff as others are. I'd certainly love to get a taste on draft, but I doubt that will happen. I still haven't even had the chance to make it out to More for checking the place out in general. Hopefully once things slow down after Labor Day I can make that happen.
