I know there is no way I'll find any bottles of this in Iowa, but do you guys know of any place that might have it on draft in Cedar Rapids or Iowa City? I'm in town Thursday 11/19 through Saturday 11/21. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I'd say highly unlikely. Follow TG's Twitter posts though - they tend to post if MD is making an appearance somewhere.
You keep striking out There was a keg on at Red's 11/12 and there will be a keg at Parlor City on 11/24, but that's it that I've seen. It's pretty uncommon to see it, even in a keg. You should go to Edgewood Hy-Vee in Cedar Rapids though. They have Toppling Goliath Zeelander, XHops Gamma, Surly Abrasive, and Founders Backwoods Bastard all currently. At least you'll get to try some Decorah TG that way
I definitely came the wrong week! I was just at Parlor City and I couldn't convince them to let me try some since I was out of town (which doesn't surprise me). I'll stop by Hyvee and see what I can find!
