Looking forward to more quality brews in NJ - Wild Bones finally got zoning approval. Stocked for these fellas, and wishing them the best: https://morristowngreen.com/2017/06/26/make-no-bones-about-it-morristown-is-getting-a-brewery/
Any new brewery is good news but parking in Morristown is a nightmare and I doubt they will have their own parking lot.
I live in town so of course I'll check it out, but the beer makers apparently have only 4 years of home brewing experience, which does not inspire confidence we'll be getting world class beer here anytime soon.
Years of experience/background is a common topic, and will always be a concern, especially with a startup. Nonetheless, mindset and methodology can have quite the impact if obtained and done right... …Will stay optimistic for now
I live in morristown as well. Morristown wants to be a wet town but doesn't want the drunks. One of my buddies is on town council and he said it will most likely implement the rule where you have to take a tour of the facility everytime you go there before you actually start drinking. I know that food service there is also a bit confused. It would be a great place to open a brewery though being next door to a diner and morristown bringing in the white collar workers near NYC
