Mmmm :grinning: Yea I can't say I know anything about what you're guys are getting up there (I do have a Canuck friend that is very fond of "Mad Tom" if my memory serves me), but we have a few great Missouri IPAs that cover a nice wide spectrum of hop goodness.

If any of you get Victory DirtDevil in your area, that has a bunch of Mosaic in it.

Pine nuts and candy...when blended with Simcoe, Chinook, and Centennial.

Had a nice session Mosaic on tap....Black Diamond...better than anything I've had from them previously. 4.6%...but drinks like 6%

Don't think Mosaic is a flash in the pan...too tasty of a hop for that.

I get a lot of lemon zest, mango and blueberry from Mosaic. Pairs nicely with its mother (Simcoe)!

I agree on the Accumulation being a great ale and a good value. I have been trying to determine just what it is that makes it taste different from most other IPAs. Maybe it is the Mosaic, or maybe because it is a White. Either way it is a good ale.

Yes it was and unfortunately it was a disappointing beer.

For some reason some people do not view the beers brewed by Sixpoint at the contract brewery of Lion (that is where Automnation was brewed) unfavorably but as far as I am concerned any Sixpoint beer brewed at the Lion Brewery is a disappointment.

    Cheers!

I haven't done a single hop Mosaic but it really plays well with others. Lately I've really liked one of its partners to be Chinook.

I just had a sip of Community Mosaic IPA (Single hopped with Mosaic) today for the first time. Really awesome beer, lots of guava and other tropical flavors. I'm not a huge IPA fan, but that's gonna have to become a regular in my refrigerator.
