Sosus was ridiculous. Had it side by side with Permanent Funeral and it was hard to pick a winner (not that they are that similar but PF is pretty amazing).

I second Fresh Squeezed. Great stuff.

NEBCo. brews an amazing 100% Mosaic Hop IPA called Supernaut.

A local brewery in Spokane (No-Li), put out an awesome Pale/IPA using only Mosaics. I can't stop drinking it.

I recently had a Blue Point Mosaic IPA that really impressed me. I don't particularly care for their beers but this was pretty prrrrettay good. I guess it was a one off the made for Long Island Craft Beer Week. Very tasty. Can't wait to see more Mosaic hops out there.

Just tried the Fresh Squeezed and I'm liking this mosaic thing a lot. Worth the price of admission for the smell if nothing else.

I'm not that over the moon for Mosaic myself... I have 2 pounds in the freezer, and have had a couple of beers that were mostly/all Mosaic.

It comes off a bit sweet to me.... I actually had a dream that they would be amazing aged, if they maintained the fruity sweet quality, minus the bittering quality in a lambic.

That said, it's a good hop, but needs a partner. It just comes off cloying to me, but Citra is also doing that to me now. Amarillo however, is still one of THE best hops on the market.

I'm 99% sure Mosaic is Nugget x Simcoe. No tomahawk in the lineage.

It's a great hop. Goes really well with Simcoe and Citra.

Was originally used in Russian River Happy Hops as it's first commercial use. That one was simcoe and mosaic. Vinnie says it has a blueberry thing going on. Hard to disagree. Super dank.

I will be in Cali doing a 7 day beer tour the middle of July and have been hearing some really good things about Societe. I take it that it is definitely worth a stop? Any recommends on their beers? Do they bottle any of their beers? Thanks in advance for info.

Crux Imperial Mosaic and Double Mountain Pale Death are the best mosaic based beers I've had, but fresh squeezed is pretty damn nice as well. I'll agree that they're a bit sweet, but I get more mango and papaya than blueberry.

Is anybody really tasting blueberries from Mosaic hopped beers? It's listed as a descriptor of the strain.

Not bottling anything yet, but make sure you check out their tasting room. I really have yet to be disappointed by any of their beers. The Butcher and The Dandy have beene favorites so far.

hop savant uses a blend of citra, simcoe, and mosaic hops. That was the first time I heard of mosiac hops, last week when I cracked open a hop savant and read the label...

Great Lakes Alchemy Hour was terrific. I spoke to a brewery rep just last week and he said it will definitely be released again next year. Unfortunately, they will have to change the name (legal matter) but he said they don't know what they'll call it yet.

Victory's 2013 Philly Beer Week special DIPA, Liberty Bell Ringer, has Mosaic hops. Very fruity from what I read.

My hopes were definitely up for that one. I'll admit, maybe a little too high. I enjoyed it, but it definitely felt like it was missing something. My hunt for Mosaics goes on...

If I could get Sosus regularly, not sure why I'd drink any other IIPA. TG and the Hop Patrol got it going on!
