Mosaic IPA Needs Your Rating

    Just a quick note - best TG beer yet in my opinion and other than the BA ones I'm pretty sure I have had them all. Only downside was my glass looked thick like pineapple juice. Not sure why, but the taste was fantastic. Cheers!

    I had some yesterday at Dexter's in Madison and it was fantastic. I got mostly ripe tropical fruit with a fair amount of dankness out of it. It was really drinkable, too. On a day where we hit Dexter's, Karben4, One Barrel, Alchemy, Brickhouse and Brasserie V, Pompeii was deemed the beer highlight by everyone in the group. Well done!

    Thanks for your feedback. Bob dry hopped a couple of firkins of pseudoSue with the Mosaic hops and after tasting both Mikes creation in Pompeii and Bobs Pompasorous we are going to have to get some ink on the contract for more.

    LOL.....although our great fans haven't taken to rate this beer yet, I know what their ratings are! They drank it so quickly that it almost set a Hop Patrol record for consumption. Appreciate the offer, though! :slight_smile:

    I had it at el Bait Shop last week at thought it was excellent! Glad to have finally tried one of your beers and can't wait to try more at Extreme Beerfest.
