Already mentioned a few times and I agree, for me, it was Utopias. That is the one beer that hit my palate with layer after layer...it took me a good 45 minutes to an hour to finish a 4 oz sample, I savored every sip because there was so much going on there. I'm guilty of trashing some Sam Adams stuff (I'll be the first to admit) but to me, Utopias is incredibly deep and complex.

You have to try Firestone Walkers Parabola and Founders Backwoods Bastard, KBS and CBS (if you can ever get one)

    New rule for this thread:

He or she who claims maximum complexishness must list the elements of complexity and provide a numeric of complexishness.

When I saw the title to this thread FW XVI immediately came to mind. I certainly haven't had everything, but this one always stands out to me anytime this topic comes up. I just wish I had more. North Coast Old Stock Cellar Reserve '09 was pretty damn amazing and complex also

probably Westy 12. First time I had Dark Lord 07 was pretty mindblowingly complex.

I was going to mention the Sweet 16. I was skeeered of a 16% beer but there's so much going on you don't get an alcohol bomb.

I agree that FW16 is awesomely complex. For me, Bruery Fruet blew it away though. And I'll give a nod to Schmaltz Funky Jewbelation being another with a bunch going on as well.
