I think I paid $20 for a 2010 Oaked Kate from Portsmouth. I'm headed back up in a few weeks. I'd buy another dozen without batting an eye.

Just spent about $180 on a 2010 3 Fonteinen Armand’4 Oude Geuze Lente... time will tell if it was worth the purchase

Around 20 for both Double DBA and Smoking Wood. Both were completely worth it. On the other hand, I've bought cheaper beers for 8-12 bucks that were completely not worth it (Rugbrood and Old Embalmer both ring a bell).

I was thinkin about picking up a bottle of the Bruery Bois for 30 bucks. I'm thinking it'll be worth it?

$100 for Tactical Nuclear Penguin. $160 for Utopiah, but I flipped that for $280 though.

Spent $19 each for two pints of La Fin Du Monde at some cheesy beer bar in the New Orleans French Quarter. As she was pouring the beer I was looking at my money and wondering if $20 would get me 2 pints and a tip. But alas, it was $38 for the two beers. So she got two bucks. It was all very convenient. Not complaining, just a little bewildered. But its hard to be a hater when you're walking down Bourbon Street with a fine beer in your hand and a lovely lady on your arm.

    Cheers!

Contrary to most here, expensive/rare beers are not my thing. I paid $72 for a case of
He'Brew Lenny's RIPA ($3 per bottle). I was into rye IPA's at the time, now not so much.

I find plenty of beers I can enjoy for less than $15 per 6er, often less than $10

The joys of living in the south. The bottle shop said they had kept it in their beer fridge since they bought and only recently decided to sell it. Said it had been on the shelf for 2 days before I spotted it, and yes, $49.99 sticker.

$50 for a 500ml Xyauyu Barrel was probably the most expensive per ounce. Also got the Westy 12 brick for $85. I've done $40-ish for a few other rare bottles in the past, like a Blackberry Albert.

Was at a bar in Naples. Italy and bought a bar girl a beer. THAT was the most expensive.... Wouldn't you know it, it was the only $300 beer on the menu. :-)

I buy 750 ML of La Fin Du Monde at my local Kroger for $5.99. HOLY S*** paying $19/pint + tip! It's a damn good beer though! Cheers

I regularly pay $26.75 for Upland Sours and I just paid $25 to get a bottle of Westy 12

Not really a bottle purchase per se, but at One Mile House yesterday in NYC, I got a five ounce pour of Drie Fonteinen Framboos (2014) from a bottle for $15. Expensive as hell? Absolutely. Worth the price? Absolutely. Would I pay for it again? Absolutely not. lol

Paid $48 for a bottle of Fou Foune at a bar in St. Louis not too long ago. I was alone, so I ended up sharing half of it with the bartenders.
