$119 Tactical Nuclear Penguin. We dont have access to a lot of great beer here, and I wanted something special to celebrate the birth of my son. Big mistake. I drank it but, it was not easy.

For a single large bottle (750ml) I payed about $10; Unibroue Grande Reserve. For a small bottle (330ml) I payed $6; Harvieston Ola Dubh Special Reserve 12. At a bar (Beer Bistro) I played $13 for a 330ml bottle of Chimay Blue. Yes, the Blue was highly overpriced, but considering that it hasn't been sold in Ontario for years, as well as the general prestige and quality the drink is known for, I'd say it was worth the purchase for the sake of experience. No regrets!

To stay on topic... the most expensive beer I've purchased? Nebraska Melange a Trois @ $23 for 750ml.
