Black Ops and Old Rasputin XIV both around $25

 

130$ - Sink the bismarck... i guess it was 65 since my friend an I split it
Bourbon with hops it was very enjoyable. My flower power tasted like light beer after.

 

Bottled, by ounce, has to be DFH 120 Minute IPA at 10.99. Otherwise, Hunahpu's Imperial Stout at 20 bucks.

 

Man I love that dog in your av. I see him as being a great family pet, I almost feel like he (she?) is a member of my family! Awesome looking pup.

 

By ounce: 12 oz. bottle of DFH 120 Min IPA - $20 at a bar. So stupid for that, but it was the first time and I really wanted to try it.
By purchase price: Stone 09.09.09 Vertical Epic growler fill a few weeks ago - $23

 

A twelve-year old refrigerator-held bottle of Chimay Blue. Paid $30 for it on my son's 21st birthday.

Worth it. Chimay Blue ages well, and this particular bottle was spectacular.

 

I am amazed to find someone who did, I thought this was horrible...

Bought a beer for a girl at a bar one night. She became my girlfriend. 12 years later we are no longer together. Easily the most expensive beer ever.

 

25 for Flimishish.

 

I don't really understand why anyone would pay more than 10-15 bucks for a bottle of beer. I can buy a sixer of world class IPA at the store down the street for 10 a sixer. I love trying new things and new beers but the price just ends up deterring me most of the time.

 

$25 for Westvleteren 12 and Malheur Dark Brut.

 

$32 for Black Tuesday and for 50/50 Eclipse. Way over my usual limit!!

 

GI rare was the most expensive beer i have ever bought hands down...

 

$90ish (I think, it was a while ago) for Tactical Nuclear Penguin. I still have some left, somewhere....

 

$160 for 09 Utopias

 

Probably Black Ops at $23, but I prepared to go up to $40-45 for Rare if I could have found some.

 

Either Old Rasputin XIV or Duvel (today) - gift set.
I think the XIV wins.
