Today I knocked out 18 gallons of beer, 4 different beers. Long ass brewday for one person, but it's in the books and I'm exhausted. Brewed up 5 gallons of Belgian Golden Strong - 1.080, 10 gallons of two different Pale Ales - 1.050, and small 3 gallon batch of DIPA - 1.080.

I know some folks brew large batches, but in terms of single batch beers, what is the most you've done in one session?

I have done two before and will not attempt that again. I get so much pleasure from brewing and trying to rush through it is a waste.

I have partigyled. Even then it's a clustercuss of a day. As above, I enjoy the hobby and would rather not burn out on what should be an otherwise enjoyable day.

Only 1 here as well. Maybe if i had mutiple burners and multiple pots i would try 2 but that sounds like alot of work. I enjoy the "after party" of our brewday too much to try and brew more than one batch. To each his own, nice work.

2 all grain no sparge batches. 9.25 gallons on the first and 7.5 gallons on the second. 6 hours start to finish which isn't bad in my opinion.

3 all grain batches, about 14 gallons total, all day long in the kitchen.

I've moved the operation to the garage and now always brew 2 batches simultaneously. I stagger 30 to 45 minutes, only got one wort chiller and various equipments needed at the end of the brew. And there's only one of me.

Just one for me too. I guess a lot of what goes into brew day is cleaning and getting ingredients together but it just seems like too much work to do more than a batch. I bottle as well so the thought of 10 gallons ready to be bottled at about the same time makes me shudder. Maybe if I had a kegging setup... someday!

I've done two in a day before and that wasn't too bad. I'll likely do three at some point when the weather is nicer. It's a good excuse to hang outside all day on the deck and in the yard.

Two beers and a mead is the most I've done, and of course the mead was a very very small % of the effort.

I do two batches pretty regularly. In December I brewed two batches and then as I was about to clean up, I decided I might as well go ahead and do a third. Each of them were separate 5 gallon batches, no partigyles or anything. It was fun. When you brew indoors and don't have to lift things it is really simple to do multiple batches. Before when I had to carry kettles and buckets filled with wort around, I could only do two at a time and it was super taxing.
