In your guys' opinion, what are the heavily traded/most wanted beers? With exception to the whales that is.

I've got King Henry, Darklord, CBS, KBS, Blabaers, Kate the Great, BC Rares, Black Tuesday amongst others.

    Just making discussion!

Which ever one was just release:slight_smile: Seriously though...I'd add Heady Topper and Pliny to the list.

I trade out Alpine/PtE the most and receive Zombie Dust the most.

Even if I am not trading Zombie Dust, it usually finds it's way into boxes I ship out.

I grew up in Munster. I guess I overlooked Z Dust because 3 F is literally in my backyard.

Very interesting. I knew it trades well but I didn't know it moved that well. What do people generally value it at?

I'd say its valued as a high sought after limitted distro beer that's easy to get within its distro. Kind of like Raspberry Tart/WBR from New Glarus and Heady from the Alchemist

Same here. I bought a case of it at DLD and drank about 3 of them. Gave away the rest as extras for the most part.

And I would add Beatification and Loons to the list.

$10 a sixxer and $35 a case - traded $4$ for other year round shelf beers. I don't screw people over RR which is easy as hell to get here, so I don't allow myself to be screwed over something like ZD =)

A good trade I like to do on it is 2x sixxers Sculpin for 3x sixxer ZD.

Shoot, people think we can get it in Ohio when we can't even get any Gumball Head.

I find KBS to be one of the most traded beers. It almost seems like it's used as currency... for example, when people try to describe how much a particular beer (say Dark Lord) should be valued at, they say it takes 3-4 bottles of KBS (similar to BB4D), etc.

Pliny has to be one of the most traded beers from the Best Coastâ„¢.

They kinda were, but then they got all out of whack when the Bruery ramped up production. Damn them for making more BT!
