    Northwest-style:

Bale Breaker- it's getting out a bit (with the Stone collabo), but they excel in hops. They just released an impy stout, which I'm geeked to have soon.

Pfriem- their mosaic pale, saison, blonde IPA and pilsner are pretty stellar.

Selkirk Abbey- belgian stylings for days! Fantastic stuff all the way around. Their belgian IPA was the first one I ever "got." Add the fantastic rye saison (and impy version), huckleberry wit, and coffee porter.

When a thread like this one comes back after a long time is there anyway to find what you posted in it without going through the whole thread until you find your post?

Barley Browns doesn't get much love outside of Oregon, but they make some of the best IPA's I've ever had.

This topic comes up frequently and my answer is always the same, COAST. It gets a lot of love locally but on BeerAdvocate Westbrook gets all the hype and love for Charleston breweries and very few people mention/care about COAST. Granted, Westbrook goes some great things but COAST is my favorite brewery. They don't do as many "sexy" releases (big stouts, sours, barrel aged stuff, etc), but they essentially never miss on a beer, its remarkable actually. BA Blackbeerd is one of my favorite releases every year, Boy King is the best hoppy beer out of SC in my opinion, and they also kill the subtle german styles (for example their amazing Kolsch).

Agreed, Odell IPA is one of my favorites. Interestingly I don't love Myrcenary which tends to get more hype.

I'm gonna pitch in from Wisconsin... Our best brewery is Central Waters which is getting some hype. But two breweries that are completely underated are Three Sheep's and even more, Black Husky!!

Uinta. Sure the have some beers that aren't that great, but damn some of their stuff is truly outstanding and oh so drinkable.

Love Long Trail from my trips to New England, just arrived in Ohio which is great but no sign of the Double Bag as of yet. Uinta's Baba black lager is a really nice full flavored beer w/a low ABV.

Grand Teton comes to mind. Everything I've had from them has been stellar. Their black IPA, Trout Hop, is off the charts

+1 on Bear Republic for sure. I've had Red Rocket Ale, Racer 5 IPA, Hop Rod Rye and Big Bear Black Stout, and they are just excellent beers. Thanks for mentioning them!
