Most valuable beer lost to bottle mishap (i.e. spontaneous explosion)

Long story short, woke up this morning to find that a bomber of Stone's Smoked Porter with Chocolate & Orange peel had literally exploded in my cellar. That is the first time I've ever had a bottle spontaneously explode.

Bad news - never got to try it before the bottle decided to spontaneously erupt in what must have been quite a spectacular pop, given the infinite debris field of tiny glass shards all over the place.

Good news - it was the least expensive bottle of the dozen (now eleven) bottles I have in my cellar at the moment at only $8.99 for the bottle. A bummer, but nothing devastating from a rarity or price perspective. Aside from having to wipe down the remaining bottles and clean out the bottom of the container I was using in my cellar, it wasn't too awfully bad and could have been a lot worse had it been a bottle of something harder to come by (like my last bottle of Beer Geek Vanilla Shake or a couple of ET bottles that were $20+ a pop). Also, a tip: I put a plastic liner in the bottom of the box I was using in my cellar for storing the beer, so clean-up was aided by the fact that the vast majority of the liquid was captured by the liner instead of leaking out and onto the floor.
