Motor City Brewing Works tripling production

    Could have swore I posted this, but must not have.

    I was there Wednesday talking to the Bartender and they bought 3 40bbl tanks..They are also going to can Ghetto blaster by using some mobile service that comes to the brewery...Now I know a lot of you dont think they are great...I personally think they have darn good beers and right now is the best brewing co in Detroit proper....

    Great pizza. Beer... Not so much.

    Edit - let me just say that the new tanks might help the beer. A lager should not be cloudy like a milk shake. Layering should drop it bright. T

    The one thing about most small breweries, they don't have the tank space to properly mature the beer, and it often goes on tap too soon. Cloudy beers with yeasty off favors can be the result.
