There was a post on FB hinting that this fall, for B10 release, he'll be tapping some past vintages.
This is my (I think) 5th visit for MtL, and this is the best so far, at least fresh. I've opened a couple others after some time aging and it does improve. Can't see how this one will get better.
Had a pretty good day - after the tapping we went to a restaurant that had Substance on tap, then 3 other breweries on the way home. I may or may not have been a little (ok, a lot) schnockered. Thank goodness I wasn't driving.

Lunch was at Anju Noodle Bar, then we hit Great Rhythm, Liar's Bench and Loaded Question.

I love Kittery, heading there for dinner and staying in Portsmouth next month, then shooting up to Portland for the rest of the weekend.

Too many fucking breweries these days though, haha. I haven't even heard of Liar's Bench or Loaded Question.

Agreed, they're both great places to go.
I hadn't heard of either of them either, but they came up on my phone when I looked up nearby breweries. Liar's Bench is a stone's throw from Great Rhythm; so if you're there, look past the lumber place and it's there. To drive, though, you have to go out that long driveway, take a left and another left. Loaded Question is on the same road, Islington St, but closer to Rt1. Both have some pretty good beers, though my judgement may have been slightly clouded.

Liar's Bench is solid. The head brewer worked at Magnolia in SF and knows his way around lager yeast. Great lagers and crisp hoppy pales. One of my favorite locals.

Yeah, they were good. I had the Nice King Kolsch. Obviously it was a bit high IBU to be strictly to style, but it was a really tasty beer. Both the friends I was with had the Schwarzbier (I don't see it on their site right now...) that was up there with any of that style I've tasted.
