No, it's like a cop going 90 in a 65 and wondering how many other laws they think don't apply to them. Which I ponder every time a cop zooms by me when clearly not in an emergency situation. I'm drawing a comparison between two similar sets of laws (customer facing retail service) not suggesting that breaking any law turns one completely into an anarchist.

That said, I do try to avoid going there as much as possible, especially since as @HeavySpeedway alluded to, my local spots are so much better.

Thanks. There is no way she will drive up there alone though haha. I'll be able to get some when I'm out there but was trying to see If I could get her to grab some somewhere close to her in the meantime.

Every Whole Foods in the area gets it on the same day, every 5th Thursday. I haven't followed recently so I don't know what the current week is. If you call any of them and ask for their beer person, they'll give you the scoop. Usually it's at 1-3 in the afternoon, limit 2. Best bet if you want 4+ is to plot out a way to hit 2-3 whole foods near each other. That or just pay someone in the parking lot to grab you two more, as I've heard some people have. Cask n Flask and Maplewood usually get it the same day, but its limit 1 unless you're a regular and they might give you two. Whole Foods is generally your best bet.

Brit Alamden is doing a Younger dinner March 2nd. $60 upfront gets you steak dinner, dessert, Younger, GI Oatmeal stout, one more beer and a whiskey tasting. I'm gonna be there with the wife, hit me up if anyone decides to go.

O'Flaherty's is doing Younger on Tuesday. 100% of the proceeds are being donated to the Silicon Valley Children's fund that Jake McCluskey is running for. If you don't know Jake, you really should. He's a staple of the South Bay beer scene. He's worked at Kelly's, Market Beer, ISO, Strike and now he's an assistant brewer at Santa Clara Valley. He weighed 350+ two years ago and started running, since then he's dropped 150+, done multiple marathons, a 50 miler and a 100 mile run coming up in April. I'd go to this one if I didn't have class.

Maybe Hermitage on tap is good? I've had their bottles and have been less than impressed.

Hey Chris, my wife and I went on Sunday afternoon. The space itself is nice, bar couple tables where you can stand, opposite side of the room is all the brewing equipment. We had a strange experience. They just opened so I am willing to give them a second chance and they are 10 minutes from my house.

This "Bottle Share" thang is a new concept to me and I will like exposure to such extracurricular activity :sunglasses:

Hey, everyone. Just moved to West Valley this week from San Diego. Looking to meet a few guys to grab beers with and share some bottles. I didn't bring much up here with me, it's mostly still in San Diego, but I have a few good ones to open. Cheers.

Altamont Beer Works is damn good if you like that hoppy American stuff, which I presume you do. I think they are going to meet and exceed your expectations.

Hey guys, I'm interested in joining in on that bottle share too if you're still planning one! Let me know. I need to put my Damnations and vintage shelf-aged Simtra to good use.
