Hello, I am relocating from Boston to San Jose this weekend. Just wondering if anyone had recommendations for bars in the area. Specifically a place with Pliny on draft. Also, any NorCal breweries I should check out. Thanks!

I was at Original Gravity in downtown last night and they had pliny on tap....Pliny isnt to hard to come by in the bay area you just have to know where to look. A lot of whole foods and local liquor stores get a shipment once a month. As for on tap i know original gravity and good karma down town get it as well as wine affairs on the alameda regularly gets it.
Also, you may want to start trying some of the other Bay Area breweries which offerings just as good as Pliny (Cellarmaker, Faction, Fieldworks, Altamont). I have noticed over the last year or so that a lot of the craft brew pubs have been going more local (big thumbs up).
