Hi guys, I'm about to move about an hour and a half away from where I'm currently living and am concerned about relocating my cellared beers. My current cellar (read as: closet) doesn't have anything terribly irreplaceable, just a 2015 sexual chocolate, a stone enjoy after 10.31.15, a 2012 Mephistopheles, and a 3 year vertical of Bigfoot. I'm assuming relocating this is doable with minimal adverse effects.

Tips? Anecdotes? Should I panic and drink everything before I move?

    Thanks.

There will be no adverse affects and everything will be fine. Especially with mild spring weather, you don't need to worry about extreme temperature change. If those 6 bottles are all you have, I'm sure you'll have no problem moving them. I just moved 250 bottles from my parents' in Minnesota to my place in Michigan and everything survived the trip.

Protip: If you need to move lots of bottles in random boxes and coolers, socks make great containers/buffers/bottle condoms.
