MPLS Black Friday/BCBS

Hope you're not serious about waiting in line at a certain, popular store all day?

Huge drops, low limits (single bottle)....should be easy to get 6-8 bottles of regular or more. Hoping to get some Coffee as well but will pass on everything else, especially Rare.

Sounds like every single store in town will have it this year, no reason to wait at one store "hoping" to pay $50 for a single 16oz bottle.

 

I talked to a shop today who said that they are getting it on Friday (2 cases BCBS regular only) and that it is not being delivered on the normal truck but by the sales rep personally.

Anyone seen anything about regal rye in the TC area...would way rather have that than rare.

 

From what I have been told...Minneapolis got everything except Prop. Accounts do not know what they are getting, unless they are SUUPER special. Regal was running $25 in other markets.

 

Good to know. Places I've seen talk about it haven't mentioned anything about Regal, which is why I ask.

And yes, prop is CHI only.

Visiting my mom in Chaska for the weekend. Anyone want to point me in the direction of stores likely to have BCBS in the Chaska/Chanhassen/Shakopee/Eden Prairie area(s)? There's a little store called Vintage about 5 minutes down the road from my mom's place so I'll be stopping by there, but they only had regular last year.

If you want variants head closer to the cities and check this whole thread. Also check new Bohemia in golden valley, they are having BCBS on tap and there are tons of stores in that area that would have it. On Friday with no traffic it should be half a hour to get into the heart of the cities

 

$60... Yikes! I really want to try it, but that's a stretch.

 

Got two buddies to go thirds on a bottle of rare, seems like the best way to tackle it. No way in hell I can afford to spend 60 on a beer but 20 is much more reasonable. Who's gonna be in line at South Lyndale tomorrow? I'm planning on being there at 6.

 

Yeah would love to know how many people will be at South Lyndale and how early.

 

Probably should just get there now to be safe.

Cashwise in St Michael has BCBS and no line, they didn't get much for variants and sounds like they will be doing something special to release those.

Westside Liqour in Albertville has a case if BCBS, no variants but also no line.
