"We will be releasing the first three beers from our barrel room on Wednesday the 23rd. They are a Belgian Blonde that has been aged in a wine barrel and added Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus to them. Each one has it's unique fruit and funky aroma from the Brett and light tartness from the Lacto. These beer are not too sour or funky, but just enough add some complexity to the beer.

We have three different bottles for sale. Cherries, Blueberries, and Raspberries"

A few days late. Not incredibly sour, but Mike and the team will be different sours throughout the year. One of the Sac Area breweries with Belgian-inspired beers.
