I have seen these done a few times and have contributed to them in the past but this is the first time that I am asking the community to support me in raising money for MS.

I'm excited to tell you that I am participating in the National MS Society's Walk MS! Please support me by making a contribution to this important cause. Learn more about Walk MS at MSPAKeystone.org.

Multiple sclerosis affects more than 2.3 million people worldwide. The first Walk MS was in 1988, and since then, more than $820 million has been raised to support life-changing programs and cutting-edge research.

I decided to join the MS walk to help fund research and programs for individuals with MS. My brother-in-law’s mother suffers from MS and I have heard many stories about how difficult life has been for his mother. It takes an entire family effort to help with tasks of caring for an individual with MS.

My goal for this fundraising event is $2,500 and I am positive with the support of my family and friends, that I can accomplish my goal. For every $10 you donate to the MSPAKeystone using the link below, I will enter your name in a drawing for a few 32oz crowlers from Pizza Boy. All donations will go directly to the MSPAKeystone and I will never have possession or control of any of the money. The drawing will be held on Monday, May 4th and the names will be selected using a random selection program.

As an incentive for donations, I am creating a few thresholds to help reach my goal. The first box containing 3 X 32oz crowlers will be given away no matter the final total. After $750 that first box will be expanded to include a 4th crowler. I will add additional boxes as the donations increase towards my goal of $2,500.

To by clear, the Keystone area MS and the team I am walking with are not aware of this post. This objective is exclusively being undertaken by me and is not endorsed in anyway by the Keystone area MS nor the team with which I am walking. I am simply using this avenue to help generate additional support for the cause. This is not a raffle… it is me soliciting donations for a cause that I would like to support. I am however, as an individual offering an incentive to donate.

You will receive 1 entry for every $10 donated, 7 entries for $50 and $15 entries for every $100.
