Has anyone mashed Muesli in their grain bill? I got a pound of it for free (it is gluten free) . It contains Whole Grain Oats, Raisins , Sunflower Seeds, Dried Cranberries , Brown Rice Crisps , Dry Roasted Soy Beans, Dried Apples, Almonds, Coconut and Pumpkin Seeds. I plan to mash in in a Porter.

Mashing the fruit will probably extract pectin, which will set during the boil, leaving a permanent haze unless you use enzyme. You're also likely to get some oils in there, which will mess with the head. Other than that, should be fine if there aren't any other ingredients beyond what you listed.

I'd just as soon eat it.

Ya never know if new ingredients will work or not. I can not speak to the pectin but oils should rise to the top after cooling the wort. Perhaps skim the top to remove some?
