My LHBS has a 10 lbs bag - Munton Pale Malt Mild malty 1.25-1.35 What malt is it? Is it a generic malt? The dude said it was Pearl. But I had also just asked for Pearl and they didn't have any. Also rebelbrewing has Muntons Pale Ale @ 2.5L. Is it the term "Ale" what makes it darker? To answer my second question, it just seems like most maltster's produce something around 1.2 and 2-3. Just don't wrapped up in the name. Something like "brewers malt" and "pale malt"Am I close? TIA
