Muscadine?

    Hello all, pretty new to brewing. Got about 10 batches under my belt.

    Anyway, I've got a bunch of muscadines I just picked.. Probably half a grocery bag full and wanted to know if I could add them to beer I currently have sitting, in secondary.

    Basically, at what alcohol percentage does beer start becoming volatile enough for bacteria to kill it?

    And do Wild muscadines contain bugs I want to sour with?
