Most of the shops I hit are in the south end of Muskegon/Spring Lake. Ghezzis on Lakeshore has a small selection, not many rare brews. Just picked up a four pack of Double Crooked Tree there though. There is also Ladds, which is on Henry south of Norton over the bridge. If you make it up to Ludington, PM Expeditions is a nice little shop worth stopping at.
