    Expedition Stout. Give it 5yrs+ and it turns into and even better brew.

    I have to echo the Expedition Stout answers. That beer has been my most rewarding cellaring experience. After 3 or 4 years it develops these delicious red berry flavors. After 5 or 6 years it somehow becomes even more chocolatey than when fresh.
