I actually liked the Terrapin Wake-n-Bake better than FBS. Also I am gonna give another vote to Peche Mortel and Bell's 30th.

Second the Belhaven. Had their Scottish Oat Stout last week and was very impressed.

You are in Connecticut? Make a trip out to Bristol and have a pint of Toadstool Stout at Friefly Follow. It is one of their best beers.

Any of the Double Shot varients from Treehouse. The coffee infused is constantly changing. They are all really good.

So many great ones mentioned. Wanna give a mention to Ninkasi Oatis, which has replaced Obsidian as my go to stout. So smooth and balanced, and the Vanilla version is stellar too.
Also, to me DFH Indian Brown ale drinks like a stout to me, and a good one at that.

Doubt these are available via distro there, but if you are a trader, Pugachev's Cobra and Berserker are both awesome BA stouts that shouldn't be too tough to procure.

Selin's Grove Brewing Company's Shade Mountain Oatmeal Stout is my favorite beer in the world, but you have to come to the pub.

But...Lancaster Brewing Co. Milk Stout or Double Chocolate Milk Stout. Or Young's Double Chocolate Stout if you've got $55-60 for a case.

Dogfish Indian Brown is a great one that defies rigid categorization.
