I'm opening an aged AleSmith Wee Heavy and a Traquair House Ale this weekend. We've homebrewed a clone of the House twice so we get to compare as well.

Surprised no one has mentioned and not sure if it will be brewed again but I loved Schlafly Single Malt Scottish Style Ale when I tasted it at Savor last summer.

Dragonmead - Under the Kilt Wee Heavy
Dark Horse - Scotty Karate (a must try for how cheap it is, $6.99 a 4 pack for 9.75% abv beer)
Founders - Surprised noone has mentioned regular old Dirty Bastard. It may not be barrel aged, but it's incredibly easy to find all year long and still great.
