My "auction" got pulled. Help?

What's been posted here outlines what constitutes an "auction" under the current rules very clearly – at this point nobody should be confused.

On a more positive note, props to the mods (and whoever behind the scenes is responsible) for the new alerts with specific responses to submitted Reports – feedback loops FTW!

 

I am really mixed on this one. Just about every post (including mine) could be considered an auction. I post a lot of stuff for a beer I want. It is how you handle it behind the scenes and that part can't really be policed at all. I don't have the time to go through every beer I have FT and post ratios etc. The first person who responds and is reasonable gets the trade. i have definitely talked to a bunch of people who post the same way that I do and it is clearly a behind the scenes auction though. I just don't play that game.

 

You do know that the trading feedback system hasn't been on this site since the beginning of time, right? It's a relatively new feature, put in place in the last couple of years, and many people have many trades that happened before the feedback system was implemented.

Oh he actually knows everything. I'll respond for him since he is on time out. Yep, he knows everything and if you keep it up he will call you an insult from the 90's!
