Dear friends... I purchased 3 KeggerMeister KM2800BK units.

Plugging them in they would not get below 48 deg F. So I took the thermostat sensor off the cold plate and put it near the control until. In a few hours the temp got down to 32 deg F.

I put a 15.5 gal keg inside and plugged it in. The temp will not get below 60 deg F.

And 100% of the pour is foam.

From what I've read these kegerators are junk but I'm beyond the refund time. Any ideas on what I can do for colder and no foam?

You can't fix the foam until you fix the temperature. How cold was the keg when it went in? Also what is important here is beer temperature, not air temperature which is very volatile. Pull a glass of foam and as it settles out to beer take the temp of the beer. Also worth checking that the door is actually closing and the gasket is sealing.
