I recently built this bottle cleaner,I hope you guys like it,It really does allow me quicker cleaning cause I can let 136 bottles drip dry and have a holder.I said 100 bottles in the video but corrected myself.Anxious to hear your comments,if I can improve it tell me!!! Thanks fellows, looks like a nice place to call Home,,Larry

Interesting setup, but it looks like you still have a lot of work to use this mechanism. You have to mix the sanitizer and ypou have to handle each of the bottles one at a time and three times over. Does it save you any time?

But I'll bet you enjoyed the hell out of setting this thing up.

Old 5 gallon soda kegs work great...and only 1 bottle (keg) to clean.
I have ball-lock connections (Pepsi/Dr. Pepper), but the pin-locks (Coke) work fine too. Cheers

Actually Mother Goose ,I just put my 2 ozs of Star San into the tank underneath and then fill with 10 gallons of water and then hook up battery for it to mix the solution then I fill up my sink with Solution and can sanitize 18 to 20 bottles at a time,so Its rather quick, then when finished the sink plug is pulled for the Solution to go back into the tank!! Larry

Yea Green Krusty,I got ya buddy,I like your IDEA a LOT!!! Yea those bottles are hard work, well getting the labels off anyway, but this deal made it quicker!! I plan on Kegging before long!!
