I've consumed at least 40 bottles of Oude Tart over the years. They only one that was ever 'flat', (low carbed) was six years old. That's expected. I've never seen it any other time.

I'm pretty sure it is the reason they opened Terreux. They had several problems with infection (White Chocolate, White Oak, Rue D'Floyd, Floyd D'Rue, maybe others that I am forgetting), and as a result they decided to do the sour beers on different equipment and in a different location to prevent future infection.

Roger that. If their beer is infected, then I agree on the irony.

After being a long time lurker, I had to register here to post my concerns with my bottles of 2016 SHiT and Melange #15. Seeing how many are starting to report infected batches, I'm going to guess that more than likely I have two potential drain pours sitting in my closet.

My friend, who is a society member, purchased them for me. Has anyone made any contact with The Bruery and have they responded to these concerns? Seeing how this has happened with them before, it would be pretty scummy of them to ignore this issue. I'm a big fan of their beers, but now I'm going to start having second thoughts about their beers.
