Mystic Bottle Harvesting

    I recently tried some of Mystic's beers. I thoroughly enjoyed them and want to try bottle harvesting it. Does anyone have any experience with this brew? Specifically V1 and V2 (but any others as well). According to their website all beers are bottle conditioned!

    I'm pretty sure I've never had a beer from mystic. But it would be worth you're asking around to find out if those beers are actually bottle conditioned with the same yeast strain as they are fermented with, and not some more neutral/clean yeast.
