N.B.O. What we go through for beer

So, I've never started or ran a BIF, but I've done 10 plus BIFs now and over 50 trades. I've traded with a bunch of awesome BAs and gotten some awesome BIF boxes, and I now want to start and run one of my own. I'm going to say that 10-15 people would be perfect for this one, and hopefully people from different geographical areas.

The "theme" for this BIF will be "what we go through for beer". This will be a shotgun BIF and all unknown traders will be vetted by myself. So here is what I have in mind, a BIF with beers that come from all the different ways that we get our beer. The BIF will contain at least one beer from the following categories:

1 Brewery only release
1 Beer that you probably only get if you have your name on the list or if you are there when the distributor drops it off (Hyperbole but you know the beer, CBS, BCBCS etc)
1 Beer that sits on the shelf of a high traffic store for only a week or so (Abyss, Sucaba, Parabola etc)
1 Beer that is a locally distributed only beer (distributed only in cities directly around the brewery)
1 Beer that is a regional gem (A great beer that only sees a 1-4 state distro footprint)
1 Growler from a local brewpup (Can be 32-64 but hopefully from a local brewpub)

Basically it seems like a way to share beers from all of the ways that most of us get beer day to day.

No fast and hard date yet, but I would say sometime before the end of May would work.

 

I've gotten a couple good people on board, but need more before we can get going. Lets get this one going morning crowd.

 

It looks like this one is going to be a GO!! I'm going to leave it open the rest of the night to get any additional participants and I will work on getting targets out as soon as possible.
