Anyone had one of these recently?I tried it fresh and loved it but I have a bottle that I've been sitting on and was curious how it's drinking right now. Also,if anyone knows if and when it will be released again that info would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't had one since new years eve, but if I had the chance to buy again would do without hesitation.

It was brewed specifically for their 5 year anniversary.. but maybe they'll brew it again down the road, who knows..

Drinking really nicely right now. Had one about a week ago. Didn't have it fresh though so I can't really compare. I will say though that I think it is the best beer they make.

I may wait til the end of the year or longer to open my second bottle. The beer was phenomenal at release.

Had one this past Sunday. Very solid. Carmelly. Touch on the sweet side for my taste. I actually appreciate it more now. Last time I had it I had just had King Henry which made it seem insignificant.

Had one about 3 months ago and was blown away by it. Got about 4 bottles left that my friend found in Indy.

Had one this past Saturday and it was one of the highlights of the Metro Detroit tasting. Still holding up really well!

I thought this was a thread about the non-barrel aged Naked Evil, which apparently does exist. Anyone have info on bottle count for non-barrel aged Naked Evil?

I don't believe it was ever bottled, but showed up at some local events.

Thanks for the info. My friend has a bottle of non-ba naked evil, but I don't know the circumstances of how it was bottled. I looked up naked evil and only the BA version is listed. Just made me curious.

I believe it was sampled at last year's Brewer's Brawl at Fat-Heads (not this past week's) but I really don't know much about it either. I was told the base beer was wonderful though.

I had it at DLD this year. AMAZING - probably my favorite taste I had all weekend. Really glad to have one of these in the cellar.

I cracked my only bottle of it (BANE, not non-BA) Friday night. Definitely sweeter than I prefer, but it grew on me as I drank it. I wouldn't buy it again, but I don't regret the bottle I bought.

I thought this was going to be a thread about some beer-related palindrome...

Fred put together a few bottles for friends & family but I don't think it was ever poured for the public. It was good but very VERY sweet without the barrel complexities to even it out.
