Well, we're still filling orders everyday, although a lot less. I gave the staff the option of a voluntary lay-off, because the hours folks would be making would be less money than they'd make on unemployment. About half of the staff took it. And then I just caught someone egregiously stealing hours when I wasn't around, so had to fire him. So I pretty much am just roaming around an empty kitchen everyday, but I kinda like it.

Same here. Reduced business hours, take-out and/or curbside only. Up to employees whether to work or not. I'm the only one in my position. So, I've always worked alone after the business closes. Peaceful. Keep the faith & hang in there!

Most of mine are pulled from sports/music/video games among other influences. I try to stay away from rhyming, alliteration, and including the beer style in the name with that.

    Order - ESB

    Blue Chips - American porter

    Designated Hitter - Flagship NEIPA

    Electric Relaxation - Citra/Simcoe/Motueka NEIPA

Exit Velocity - Mosaic + Simcoe west coast IPA

Mathematics - Pliny like west coast DIPA

Summer Jam - hoppy golden ale (Citra + Amarillo)

Contra - BA imperial stout with vanilla and cacao

Rich Forever - BA imperial stout finished on cognac soaked oak with peanut flour/vanilla/Cacao

    Guillotine- more traditional imperial stout

Chaos Breaker - 13% imperial stout, old and new influence

Encantada - mexican chocolate imperial stout

    Thunderbolt - English barleywine

    Second breakfast- coffee maple stout

There and Back Again - imperial second breakfast

I'm a mathematician, so I have gotten in the habit of naming my beers after Emmy Noether, the great mathematician. She revolutionized several fields but basically created modern algebra. Several mathematical objects in algebra and algebraic geometry are called "Noetherian" after her, like Noetherian rings, schemes, etc. It usually means the object satisfies whats called the Ascending Chain Condition, which for rings is equivalent to every ideal being finitely generated, so in math circles a little joke I say is that the beers are generated by a finite number of yeast...

The beers I've made under her name are a dry hopped california common and kettle sour so their names were:

    Noetherian Steam
    Noetherian Sour

Made some cool simple labels with an artist rendering of her and whiteboard marker typography.

Its belching out some sulfur right now. One week in at 55degrees. Probably going to Ramp up for D rest next weekend, cold crash and keg the weekend after. I'll lager in the keg a couple of weeks and carb.

So far none of my brews have reached their potential and haven't deserved names. Once I get a coffee kiln enhanced Scottish ale where I want it "Beam Me Up Scotty" might be suitable.

I recently bottled a breakfast stout recipe. Brew day I decided I didn't want the coffee and cocoa in it. So though it's just a stout, in this case it could be called "Skipped Breakfast Stout".

I have to edit. I just looked it up. Someone already used Beam Me Up Scotty.

Guess I better check Skipped Breakfast Stout. Ha

If that scotch ale has coffee in it, Bean Me Up Scotty would work very well.
