Proclamation is great, and put grey sail on the list. yeah its a little ways away in RI terms but honestly its about 25-30 min from gansett and definitely worth the trip. Skip tilted barn you will go there and taste two beers probably, where as the others more. about 6-8 at grey sail alone.

@HoppedChef84 Tilted Barn has four beers on tap this weekend and is only 7 miles from Proclamation. The beer is fantastic too.

If you hit Greysail in Westerly, Beer'd in Pawcatuck, CT is really close by, less than 10 minutes drive I believe. As others have stated, I would make Tilted Barn (only open 1-4 on Saturdays) and Proclamation the priorities.

GreySail and Beerd both about 10 minutes from Westerly is the move.

must have just been my experience, but I was completely underwhelmed by the tilted barn as a hop farm and brewery.

You're not alone, underwhelmed is a nice way to put it. People in RI tend to vastly overate their breweries.
    Proclamation is for real though.
