If you South Sounders haven't heard Narrows Brewing in Tacoma is now open for bizness and cranking out some pretty good stuff. The brewer came all the way here from Wisconsin where he brewed at Ale Asylum.

I stopped by opening day for a grand tour, some good beer and great service. Plus the view is awesome.

If you're in Tacoma check it out.

Ale Asylum, you say? Interesting. If nothing else, like the branding on the website

Plan to stop by today. The GF mentioned that although they've only been open for a couple weeks, there's already been a sizeable increase in the amount of traffic heading down that way (on 19th). Can't wait to check it out.

My parents stopped in the other day, said the beer is good and the view is better.

I think that about sums it up. Beer is nothing extraordinary, but it's certainly pretty good. The view of the narrows bridge is definitely pretty nice.

Stopped by today. All the beers were very good. I really liked the stout and the imperial red. The place has potential.
